Your Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Tech Lead MERN to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating various headless commerce platforms, presales activities, project executions and practices establishment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Explore and research headless e-commerce platforms and its technology stack like commerce tools, Vtex etc.
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements and estimating new project timelines, cost, and resource needs
- Preparing various technical documents – technical architecture document, integration documents, etc.
- Leading full-stack development activities using MERN Stack technologies with team members
- Working with project managers and developer teams to ensure solutions are delivered timely and on budget
What We’d Love To See
- B. Tech/B.E. – Computer Science / Information Technology OR M.C.A.
- Proven 4+ years of experience in MERN stack frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, React Js Express.JS along with the JavaScript Development frameworks on both client and server-side
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices.
It’d Be Great If You Had
- Skilled in Web App development (React + Redux) with Frameworks like Bootstrap / Material.
- Deep understanding of HTML DOM objects, CSS & JavaScript events, and experience in various build tools like NPM / Webpack.
- Proficiency with both consuming, designing and integrating GraphQL & APIs (RESTful and SOAP) using redux.
- Designing database for a scalable and secure system using NoSQL (MongoDB) or RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Thorough understanding and relatable experience of Git, repository management, and related workflows.
- Should have problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, multitasking abilities.
