Your Role
Sr. Business Analyst gathers, understands, analyzes client requirements and creates a business solution that can fit client requirements. Business Analyst plays varied kind of roles in teams like pre-sales, project discovery, implementation, and UAT.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement. Conducting meetings and creating effective presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Lead solution discovery analysis and subsequent requirements gathering that support the strategy and objectives contained in the project brief.
- Capture and create business requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications in the form of user stories.
- Interacting with clients, managing their demands, expectations and challenges appropriately to truly understand the business needs.
- Working closely with Product/Platform teams/Solution Architects on complex digital transformation projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-vendor teams, and deliver to aggressive timelines.
- Balance out requirements prioritization alongside client stakeholders and the internal development team.
- Adopt best practices for eCommerce solutions with the latest platforms/technology
What We’d Love To See
- MBA/ BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience; with at least 4+ years of experience in any framework/platform, like Magento Commerce (open source and/ or commercial enterprise suite)/Commerce Tool/Shopify or any headless platforms
- Client-facing exposure particularly in sales assistive and/or pre-sales functions.
