Prime Dental was operating digitally for a while but was facing performance issues due to the outdated eCommerce platform limitations. The Krish team strategically curated an experience-driven and ROI-centric approach to migrate its digital store from OS Commerce to Adobe Commerce Cloud. Our strategy and execution kept the seamless migration of the massive catalog, existing customer base, orders, attributes, promotions, CMS pages with categories, and other related data leveraging custom scripts rather than using extensions. The Strategy
To start with, extensive and seamless data migration was carried out with nil data loss. To enhance the customer experience, to facilitate ease of signing in existing and newly signed up customers were given auto-login, customized shipping according to products purchased to ease the delivery process, interactive product pages, and more. Modern, aesthetic, and customized UI/UX was planned and implemented to help Prime Dental render superior CX. Also, for the client, to estimate total costing, savings, ROI, monthly payments, and tax savings, various calculators were integrated. The team leveraged Adobe Sensei to display upsell and cross-sell products on the relevant product pages to increase the average order value. Our eCommerce enablers followed advanced SEO practices and module integration to enhance brand visibility in the digital space while improving the performance manifold.
