Krish’s initial focus was to yield a friendly UI and a seamless UX and it gradually shifted towards offering full-performance optimization of XL Feet’s B2C store. With such mini milestones being captured, team Krish laid its emphasis on the enhancement of the integrated Cloudfront - Varnish for a smoother performance. Once that was conquered, team Krish implemented and integrated the Algolia search as well as overcame the inventory management issues by integrating Locate ERP system.

After overcoming the tech bottlenecks, XL Feet’s next step was to enhance its online visibility to reach en masse. Thus, the eCommerce digital marketing experts at Krish orchestrated a custom organic growth strategy for XL Feet that consolidated optimizing their web pages to improve keyword ranking and drive customer acquisition.We started with rectifying nearly 1,00,000 technical errors, including implementing a canonicalization strategy, URL restructuring, addressing page performance issues, core web vitals, and more. After untying every knot, team Krish was better able to focus on the core organic growth strategy.
