The Strategy
Our team started off with the PWA implementation with all the native-app-like functionalities to support mobile commerce in as seamless a way as possible. The custom extensions to help Ace Mart migrate its existing data, customers, and order details turned out to be a game changer as the work done was swift and smooth. Many run-time development tasks were added to the sprints as its custom checkout flows, CMS integration, shipping & delivery modules, and Webpack configurations needed immediate attention. We also implemented Upsell and cross-sell product displays along with 3rd party integrations to ease the shopping journey.
