We then developed native Android and iOS apps that helped streamline their entire shopping process digitally. With Microsoft AX integration via Boomi connector, it was easy for Roomours to have dynamic synchronization and workflow automation. With MyFatoorah and Cash on Delivery, payments became hassle-free. Key integrations such as Shopify Inbox for live chat and Store Locator enhanced the overall user experience. We also implemented store credit as a refund option along with store pickup to ease the consumer journey.
